Why 2 to 4 weeks and longer?

Currently, Archetype Design does not carry stock for the products we offer. All items are made to order and timelines must include all aspects of the production process. This may include delivery of the plywood or custom material, laser cutting of steel plates or brackets, external powder coating time or drying time for paint finishes.

ENGRAVING

What is V-Groove Engraving?

V-groove timber engraving is a process in which a design or pattern is carved into a piece of wood using a specialised tool called a V-groove bit in a CNC router. Clients provide their logo and are sent a design mock-up for approval.

Logos must be provided in vector format and are cut using a 45 or 60 degree carbide V-Bit. Currently offering raw cut only, single sided with no paint fill colour.

POWDER COATING

What Powder Coating Options are available?

Dulux is the most common powder coating colour range, followed by Interpon. Below are colour guides for each company that may assist you in your selection. It is always best to see a colour sample in person, as swatches will look different on digital screens.
